How long will the 1 Hour Express Self Tanning Foam last on my skin?

The 1 Hour Express Self Tan will last approximately 5-7 days when used in conjunction with daily application of a moisturising body lotion or our Antioxidant Body Whip. Hydrated skin will ensure a longer lasting tan.

What is the difference between the 1 Hour Express Self Tanning Foam and the Self Tanning Mousse?

The new 1 Hour Express formula dries and develops quicker than Bali Body’s Self Tanning Mousse. While the 1 Hour Express will provide a quicker tan, the Self Tanning Mousse in shade Ultra Dark is the darkest shade of tan available in the Bali Body range.

What is the best way to apply the 1 Hour Express Self Tanning Foam?

We recommend using the Bali Body Luxe Tanning Mitt to apply the 1 Hour Express Self Tan to ensure a smooth, streak free self tan and minimal product wastage.

Can you leave the 1 Hour Express Self Tanning Foam on the skin for longer than 1 Hour?

While the 1 Hour Express Self Tan will provide a bronzed, natural looking self tan in just 1 hour, the product will continue to develop until it has been washed off the skin. You can customise the 1 Hour Express to suit your preferred shade of bronze, by leaving it on the skin for a longer period of time. The 1 Hour Express Self Tan will develop up to 2 shades darker every hour.

How to guide

Ensure your skin is clean and freshly exfoliated. Apply the aerated foam to your tanning mitt. Smooth over your entire body using long sweeping motions.

Allow the product to develop for a minimum of 1 hour. For a deeper result, leave for at least 3-4 hours. After the desired development time rinse off with water, no soap.

    Nice and dark

    It’s a good colour, love the olive dark it does not appear orange, It’s feels sticky and it’s hard to put on the skin on the right way sometimes it looks like it’s not smooth . Would be great to have this colour without stains and maybe a cream format so it’s not sticky and I could dress straight away.

    First time user of this brand particularly the Deep Violet Express Self Tan. I found this product very easy to apply, great colour, fast developing & great results. Very happy but I wish someone could come up with a formula that doesn’t have that terrible after odour!

    Natural glow

    Probably the best tan I have used, I am ghostly fair tried the first time for just over an hour was ok but even on pale fair skin wasn’t anything to brag about. Second time left for 2.5 hours and it was a beautiful sun-kissed glow. I have several brands of tan and this is my new favourite. Any rub off on clothing washes out, no tiger bread patches, only noticeable area of rub off was my neck, assuming due to perfume. Easily removed with body scrub and exfoliating mitt. I do wish it was a bit more moisturising but overall 10/10!
