How does the subscription work?
Select your product, choose "Subscribe & Save" on the product page, and pick your preferred delivery frequency. Your order will process automatically on your chosen schedule and you'll receive 20% off your first subscription order and 15% off every ongoing deliver. You'll get a reminder before each order processes so you always have time to make changes.

You'll receive 20% off the first delivery and then 15% off every delivery after. Basically, you'll save on every single order while you're subscribed.
How do I change my delivery frequency?
Head to your account to manage your subscription. From there you can delay your delivery and select a new frequency.
Can I swap products?
You can. Just head to your account to manage your subscription. There you can swap the current products in your subscription for other products that are available for subscription.
When will I be charged?
When you are charged depends on the delivery frequency you selected at time of starting your subscription. You can see your upcoming delivery and charge dates in your account, and navigate to Manage Subscription. We will also send out an email a few days before your subscription renews so you're never surprised.
What is the minimum order commitment?
When you join a subscription, you're committing to at least two deliveries. You can only cancel after your second delivery.
How do I cancel?
Head to your account, and navigate to Manage Subscription. There, you select your current subscription and you can cancel after your second delivery.
What if my product is out of stock?
In the very rare occasion that this can happen, we will offer you the option to swap for another product or skip this delivery.
How does shipping work for subscription orders?
Subscription orders work like any other order, where if your order hits the minimum spend for free shipping, you'll get your delivery for free. If not, you will still be required to pay for shipping.
