We offer free standard tracked shipping on orders over $40 and free express shipping on orders over $70*. Free Express shipping is not eligible for orders containing aerosol products (Instant Tan, 1 Hour Express Self Tan, Face & Body Sunscreen Spray SPF50+).

*Orders including aerosol products to NT & TAS are not eligible for free shipping, this will incur a shipping fee of $15.

New Zealand:
A small fee is calculated at checkout for reliable, tracked shipping to New Zealand. Express shipping is also available to New Zealand customers at an additional cost which is calculated at checkout.

Aerosol products (1 Hour Express Tan and Instant Tan) are unavailable to New Zealand customers due to shipping restrictions.

Please allow approximately 2-9 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the free tracked option). If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive.

New Zealand:
Please allow approximately 4-8 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you purchased express shipping your order will take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched.

All orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

All orders containing aerosol product/s (eg. 1 Hour Express and Instant Tan) cannot be sent to a PO Box address. These orders are shipped via Couriers Please and require a signature on delivery.

Orders that do not contain aerosol products may be shipped to a PO Box address.
