ENTRY INTO THE “WIN A VACAY 2023” COMPETITION IS DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PROMOTER IS BALI BODY PTY LTD OF 621 HAMPTON STREET, BRIGHTON. ENTRY IS OPEN TO ALL PARTICIPANTS OF ANY COUNTRY WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER. THE COMPETITION COMMENCES AT 7.00AM AEST ON 11TH JULY 2023 AND ENDS AT 11:59PM AEST ON 11TH AUGUST 2023. ENTRIES RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THE COMPETITION PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY BALI BODY AND WILL BE DEEMED INVALID.
ONLY PURCHASES MADE ON BALIBODYCO.COM WILL BE ACCEPTED AS VALID COMPETITION ENTRIES. ANY BALI BODY PRODUCT PURCHASES MADE AT THIRD PARTY RETAILERS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE COMPETITION.
How To Enter:
THIS COMPETITION IS A GAME OF CHANCE.
TO ENTER, THE ENTRANT MUST PURCHASE ANY BALI BODY PRODUCT(S) ON BALIBODYCO.COM WITHIN THE COMPETITION TIME FRAME. THE WINNER WILL BE DRAWN AT THE END OF THE COMPETITION.
ENTRANT CAN ENTER AS MANY TIMES AS DEEMED NECESSARY. THE MORE YOU SHOP THE GREATER CHANCE YOU HAVE OF WINNING.
The successful entrant will win:
Return economy flights for 2 from their nearest airport. $1000 AUD spending money. 4 nights accommodation at Radhoo Tulum. Travel dates must be between 11th August 2023 to 30th November 2023. Or 1st May 2024 to 30 November 2024.
The winner will be notified via email by 11:59 AEST 15th August 2023 of their success and will be directed to email Bali Body with confirmation of receiving email along with any other additional details required to deliver the prize. Bali Body will take no responsibility if the winner's details are incorrect or incomplete to contact the winner.
Bali Body reserves the right to appoint a new winner if the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours or if the prize cannot be redeemed by the winner. This new winner will be selected from the original pool of entrants.
It is the responsibility of the winner and their plus one to arrange transportation to the airport and hotel. Travel dates must be agreed on with Bali Body and subject to COVID restrictions.
The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if the winner is unable to use the prize.
