We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to Australia and free express shipping for all orders over $70 AUD. Express shipping is also available for orders below $70 AUD for an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout. Customers who order a lip balm or highlighter with no other products, your order will be shipped via a large letter service with Australia Post Untracked.
A small fee is calculated at checkout for reliable, tracked shipping to New Zealand. Express shipping is also available to New Zealand customers at an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout.
Please allow approximately 2-9 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the free tracked option). If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive.

All orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.
