Australia

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders that do not contain aerosol product/s (1 Hour Express and Instant Tan). 

Orders that contain an aerosol product will be shipped via Startrack Premium Courier ONLY. This will incur a small shipping cost which is calculated at checkout. 

Express shipping is available for orders sent via Australia Post for an additional cost which is calculated at checkout.

Orders with a Coconut Lip Balm or Highlighter Stick ONLY will be shipped via a large letter service with Australia Post untracked.

New Zealand

A small fee is calculated at checkout for reliable, tracked shipping to New Zealand. Express shipping is also available to New Zealand customers at an additional cost which is calculated at checkout.

Aerosol products (1 Hour Express Tan and Instant Tan) are unavailable to New Zealand customers due to shipping restrictions.


Australia

Please allow approximately 2-9 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the free tracked option). If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive.

New Zealand

Please allow approximately 4-8 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you purchased express shipping your order will take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched.

All orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.


Due to COVID-19, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping partners during this period and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

All orders containing aerosol product/s (1 Hour Express and Instant Tan) cannot be sent to a PO Box address. These orders are shipped via Startrack Premium Courier.

Orders that do not contain aerosol products may be shipped to a PO Box address.
