It’s that time of the year again, when offices all around Australia are heavily invested in The Bachelorette office sweep.
As much as judging a fresh set of Bachie boys and a good sweep is important, how much do you know about this years leading lady, Ali Oetjen?
Ali is one of the Bachie OGs, first appearing on Season 1 of The Bachelor in a bid to win Tim Robards’ heart in 2013. After awkwardly trying to kiss Tim on the first night to eventually receiving the first smooch in Aussie Bachelor history, Ali was definitely a memorable contestant.
Unfortunately, shattering her knee on a date didn't get Ali any sympathy votes. She finished in third place and left broken-hearted despite confessing her deep love for Tim.
Before returning back to reality TV just last year on Bachelor In Paradise, Ali had some big life twists and turns.
Here is what you might not know about this years blonde beauty.
She was once engaged
After heartbreak with Tim Robards, Ali found new love and got engaged to boyfriend, David Waldeck in 2015. After not one but TWO engagement rings, the fairy tail ending that Ali was hoping for unfortunately wasn’t meant to be with the couple splitting at some stage during 2016.
