Beautiful skin everyday of the year isn’t as hard to achieve as you think. Let us take you through the seasons with our top tips to ensure the complexion of your dreams.

SUMMER

Isn’t summer just the best? Natural tans, freckles, glowing complexions, life is just better. When warmer days come knocking, try these tips for beautiful skin all summer long.

Diet.

Let’s talk about a non daunting diet, one that’s super sweet, actually. We love watermelon (if you couldn't already tell). This juicy fave is your new go-to food this summer. Watermelon helps reduce face redness. It's full of antioxidants and vitamins which fight free radicals and slow down signs of aging. Bonus: watermelon is also 90% water, so you can expect a seriously hydrated complexion. Eat your way to glowing, beautiful skin.

Ice Ice Baby.

Hot summer days call for cold drinks and air conditioners. Want tighter pores and less puffiness? Get an ice cube, put it in a paper towel and when it starts to melt, rub it onto your face. This not only reduces puffiness but also controls your blemishes and decreases the appearance of acne scarring.

AUTUMN

When the leaves start to change colour, that’s all we want changing. Nobody wants to see that fresh, radiant glow from summer disappear. But with the falling leaves may come unwanted breakouts and blemishes. Let’s keep them at bay.

Don’t pick.

If your skin is prone to breakouts when the temps drop, leave that pimple or blackhead alone. It might be extremely tempting to remove it as soon as possible, but it’ll only make matters worse, trust us. By picking at the pimple, you'll drive bacteria further into skin, make it inflamed or add more dirt into the area from your fingers. WINTER

Unfortunately when the temps plummet for good, we tend to forget to drink water. The one thing our skin needs for a beautifully glowing complexion is H2o. Hydration inside and out is key to keeping your skin radiant. Drinking water removes toxins from the body so we feel refreshed and revitalised. Wondering how much to drink? Eight glasses is the recommended daily minimum, so drink up for gorgeous, fully hydrated skin.

Exfoliate.

Your skin can't glow like Kim Kardashian's dress at the Met Gala when dead skin cells are hanging around, it's science babe. By exfoliating once or twice a week you’ll reveal fresh skin cells and remove dead ones from pores, making them appear smaller. We recommend using a few drops of our Natural Tanning and Body Oil mixed with a pinch of brown sugar or ground coffee to remove dead skin for a glowy, porcelain-like finish.

SPRING

Sweat it out.

You’ve made it through the dreaded cold seasons now it’s now time to sweat out all that winter comfort food. Exercise is your best friend when it comes to revealing your most flawless complexion yet. Working up a sweat by running, a spin class, yoga or pilates will increase circulation while starting the cleansing process for your entire body. Sweating happens deep under your pores bringing impurities and imperfections straight to the surface. That’s what we call a skin detox.
