This easy to prepare and make in advance recipe is perfect for busy babes. With a clean ingredient list that promotes an inner glow, it'll soon become a weekday fave and very minimal prep time is required.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats,
1.5 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional, if you like things less sweet leave this out or reduce the amount)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/2 cup canned peach halves
Pinch of salt
To Serve:
1/2 grilled peach
A dollop of coconut yogurt
A handful of chopped nuts
Method:
Place the almond milk, nut butter, oats, chia seeds, peaches, maple syrup, and salt in a big bowl and give it all a good stir together. Place mixture into recycled glass jars and straight into the fridge. Allow it to thicken overnight to enjoy in the morning and for the rest of the week.
