What is Gradual Tan?

The Bali Body Gradual Tan is a moisturiser that subtly tans your skin with each application, allowing you to build your perfect tan. The Gradual Tan should be applied to clean, dry skin every 1-2 days depending on your preference of colour. If a darker colour is preferred, the Gradual Tan can be applied morning and night.

How long does it take to see a difference when using the product?

You will see a visible difference after one application of the Gradual Tan. You can then choose to build it up and/or maintain it with additional applications.

Is the Gradual Tan as dark as the Self Tanning Mousse?

The Gradual Tan will result in a subtle tan after each application. The Bali Body Self Tanning Mousse provides a dark fake tan after just one application.

Can I wear Gradual Tan on top of Self Tanning Mousse?

Yes, the Gradual Tan is the perfect product to help extend the life of your Self Tanning Mousse by adding colour. The boost of hydration will also help the Self Tanning Mousse remove without dry patches or streaks.

Is the Gradual Tan safe for sensitive skin?

The Gradual Tan is made with 100% natural DHA and suited for all skin types, including sensitive and eczema prone skin.

How do I remove Gradual Tan?

The Gradual Tan will slowly fade off the skin evenly. If a more immediate removal is required we recommend using our Self Tan Removal and Exfoliating Mitt.

How to guide

Apply to clean, dry skin as often as you like. Can be used everyday as a body moisturiser, it will subtly and gradually tan your skin overtime. The more often you apply our Gradual Tan, the darker your tan will become. Wash hands after application.

    I've used better

    I bought this as it looked like it was a clut fav & one for the highest review gradual self tanners next to fox tan. I tried this on my hand to start, and ghe coloring was darker than most gradual taners I had used and you could see a fair bit of contrast in areas where I hadn't rubbed it in well, so when I did my legs I was very careful when I applied it and it turned out ok, however there was a little bit of orange in areas around my ankles. I was a little bit disappointed just based off of all the reviews raving on how it's completely streak free and flawless. However, overall it didn't look bad & I even received compliments on my tan. That being said, I have been frequenting the tanning salon in recent weeks. So had I use this and not had a based tan I think it would have been a lot more noticeable.

    It was definitely the best smelling self tanner that I've ever used.

    Exactly what I wanted

    I used this as a body lotion every other day to keep the tan I had put on with the mousse lasting longer. It kept the tan on so much longer without looking patchy!
